Will began his career as an apprentice for BBC Scotland. He then gained experience working on a range of projects, from hostel promotional films for the Youth Hostel Association in New Zealand to an international adventure docuseries for BBC Worldwide ‘Fishing Impossible’.

He founded his own company, Bundu Media, in 2017. With Bundu Media, Will created a range of commercial projects including whisky, fitness and vehicle promotional material. He also produced documentary-based promotional films for clients in the education, commercial, and the third sector; clients included Glasgow Caledonian University, Tiny Changes and Make-A-Wish Foundation. In 2020 and 2021, Will combined his passions for the outdoors and adventure sports and co-developed, produced, directed, and edited ‘Grounded’, a Scottish snow sports film sponsored by The North Face.

In 2021, Will went back to his broadcast television roots and began working with STV and the BBC as a shooting producer/director on various observational docu-series including The Firm, Highland Cops, Inside Central Station and Scotland Sings.

2022 saw Will directing for broadcast TV and producing commercially sponsored action adventure documentaries like the Talisman Triathlon sponsored by Thrudark, HUUB, Ribble and Land Rover.
